This set of ruins includes two crumbling wall styles; one tower section and a corner piece. The ruins are CAStable and both have two recolorable channels (the stones and the mortar). Also included in this set is an old bucket well (non-CAStable). These items are decorative only and are classified under miscellaneous decor, except for the ruins which can also be found in the landscaping section for rocks in build mode. There are two download links; one for .Sims3Pack format and one for .package format. Please feel free to contact me if you have any problems downloading and/or installing any of my files.
